Codeage Teen Multivitamin is a comprehensive blend of over 25 vitamins and minerals for teenagers 12 to 18. It includes vitamins A, B, C, D, E, and K, biotin, folate, calcium, omega-3, CoQ10, zinc, magnesium, selenium, phosphorus, enzymes, probiotics, organic whole foods, and fruits for overall health support.

Suggested use

Ages 12 and up, take 2 capsules daily with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food. use only under adult supervision.
