Jarrow FormulasĀ® Inositol is readily absorbed and used to produce the active inositides as necessary. The various forms of inositol (phosphatidylinositol and inositides such as IP3) are active in cell-to-cell communication (such as nerve impulses) including in the brain, liver and muscles. Inositol, also known as myoinositol, is an indirect source of glucuronic acid, which is essential to liver detoxification.

Suggested use

Adults take 1/4 teaspoon once a day preferably dissolved in fluid or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
