What Is Valerian Root?

Valerian Root is derived from the Valeriana officinalis plant, a perennial native to Asia and Europe. This plant can grow to be over six feet tall and produces clusters of pink or white flowers that provide a calming scent. Our Valerian Root capsules deliver the equivalent of 2,400 mg per serving of a Valerian Root Proprietary Blend.** These convenient quick release capsules can be taken by adult men and women 30 minutes before bedtime or rest, and are a wonderful herbal addition to your nighttime routine.

**Equivalent from a proprietary blend of Valerian Root 10:1 extract and Valerian Root Powder per serving. 

Suggested use

For adults, take two (2) quick release capsules daily, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime as Valerian Root may cause drowsiness. This product is intended for short-term, occasional use only. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Rice powder, gelatin capsule, vegetable magnesium stearate.
