With NOW DIM 200 you can promote healthy hormone metabolism by supporting your body's normal detoxification processes. Diindolylmethane, or DIM, is a phytochemical that's a natural metabolite of certain compounds found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage. We've included calcium-D-glucarate to help support a process called glucuronidation, an important mechanism of detoxification that aid in the elimination of certain environmental toxins from the body.
Suggested use
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic Acid (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.
