St. John’s wort has become one of the primary botanicals used to support mental well-being. Planetary Herbals Full Spectrum™ St. John’s Wort Extract combines an extract standardized to hypericins with an extract of St. John’s wort aerial parts. Each tablet yields a minimum of 1.5 mg of hypericins.

Suggested use

1 tablet twice daily, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening.

Other ingredients

Dibasic calcium phosphate, modified cellulose gum, stearic acid, silica, and magnesium stearate.
