How to Make the Perfect Whey Protein Shake: Shake or Blend

Tip: Use a range of 6 to 8 oz of fluid, depending on how concentrated you prefer the taste of your shake to be.

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) in 6 to 8 oz of water or skim milk, according to taste. Take up to 2 servings per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.

Whey protein plus blend (whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, hydrolyzed whey protein), maltodextrin, cocoa (processed with alkali), natural and artificial flavors, soy and/or sunflower lecithin, salt, gum blend (cellulose gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan), calcium carbonate, ascorbic acid, sucralose, acesulfame-potassium, zinc oxide, cholecalciferol. 

Contains milk and soy ingredients. Processed in a facility that also processes wheat, egg, tree nut, peanut, fish, and shellfish ingredients.
