Suggested use

As a dietary supplement for adults, two (2) vegetable capsules daily with a minimum of 8 oz. of juice or liquids. Should be taken preferably between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Other ingredients

Vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Free of: Gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavor, sweetener, preservatives and color.

Do not use if outer bottle seal is missing or damaged.

If you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Do not take before bedtime. Fiber products can affect the absorption of many medications. Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking medications.
