Suggested use

Take 1 tablet in the Morning and 1 tablet in the Evening with water. Best results with ongoing use, up to 6 months. Do not take other Cimicifuga (black cohosh) containing products concurrently. 

Other ingredients

Lactose monohydrate, cellulose, potato starch, magnesium stearate. 

Contains Milk. 

No soy, propylene glycol, hormones, or artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
